Latest Check-Ins

@moderator: Please remove this one. There is now a new built "bridge". No need or risk for the steel rod anymore.

Report Check-In

no River crossing in October and no dangerous iron parts.

Report Check-In

We did not see this pice of steel, but we went the route through the canyon to the tare road in Hobatere. In Sesfontainewe where told by local drivers, that this road would have been washed away, which was not true. You can do that with a good 4x4 without problems, but serious offroad driving is required. Deep fesh fesh, steep rocky ascents/descents, soft sand in riverbeds and navigation turns this trip into an adventure.

Report Check-In

In the rivercrossing is a long piece of reinforced steel that is bent in towards the road (concrete slab at the drift). This will cause damage to vehicles. I have already driven past and the coordinates might be slightly off. I came from Sesfontein towards Palmwag.
