Description

A huge RV park on the water. They have a big area for temporary travelers to camp or park. There is a restaurant on the beachfront with cheap happy hour cocktails, wifi, electricity and a pool. A great place to chill for a few days, especially if you like to fish. Electricity available and WiFi around the grounds. Separate sections for RVs and non-hook-up vans/tents. Friendly owners and it’s peaceful!

Great spot. Close to everything. Was only going to stay a week. Did two instead

Report Check-In

We stayed 8 nights here. The beach is fantastic and the location being walking distance to town meant we didn’t have to drive for 8 days. The park has great showers. Be aware of the exchange rate here. It’s far cheaper to pay American dollars than pesos here. Check the prices on the front window of the office and figure out the exchange when you arrive. It was $230 USD for a week or $4600 pesos. But bring your own cash. The ATMs in this town have outrageous surcharges.
Side note: I got food poisoning at Pelapapita restaurant…most definitely from the salad. The rest of our party did not get sick as they all ate cooked food.

Report Check-In

Stayed here 6 years ago for a few weeks, decided to return for 3 months this year. Somewhat disappointed. Price has doubled, but nothing updated. Location is great, and staff are really nice, as are all the regular snowbirds. Ok for a few nights if you are travelling.

Report Check-In

400 mxn per night camping for one person. Good spot for motorcyclists under a tree. It’ll probably be full with semi permanent snowbirds from Canada and the US for winter as there were only 3 spots left when I was there. Close walking distance to everything

Report Check-In

The beach offers some kite surfing and fishing. This campground had access to the beach, good showers, restrooms clean, pool available with sunset and sunrise views. Large expat community living at the campground. We could never find anyone to pay for a night stay. Campground itself was basic and crowded.

Report Check-In

This is a great camping place. We could not recommend enough. You have everything you need; WiFi, electricity in every spot, hot water and lots of space. They keep the place super clean and the people there are super friendly. The camp site is about 50m from the beach.
The place is mainly occupied by seasonal residents (staying a few months a year) and they were super friendly and helpful. Really a place to recommend.
We paid MX400 for two on a tent with a motorbike.

Report Check-In

Great spot for a few nights although it’s packed. We were lucky to get one of the last spots. Showers are the best in Baja. The bathrooms are incredibly clean. We paid $400mx per night for our campervan. It has a pool and quick walk to the beach. Would stay again !

Report Check-In

Just an overnight. We were placed right in front of the office. People were very friendly and we appreciated having full hook ups. We saw some nicer parks and would likely choose something different next time.

Report Check-In

We just did an overnight and appreciated the hookups. Our site was right in front of the office. People were very friendly. There are nicer parks in the area for the same price.

Report Check-In

Posted price is 400 pesos plus 140 per person over 2 people.. They charged us 920 mx for 4 people .. nice place other than getting overcharged:(

Report Check-In

Great spot. Very big with lots of space for RV’s. Separate area for tents with bathrooms, shower, shade & power. Property is directly on the beach. Has pool, bar, hotel and restaurant. 400 pesos to camp.

Report Check-In

Really nice resort RV park with nice showers and a nice community. Easy to mountain bike to the trails.

Report Check-In

dropped in for 2 nights in tent area in our van. paid $400p / nite. decided to stay 5 more nights and topped up our payment to $2400p / U$120 per week. it's mostlyi at described. Wifi was sketchy at out tent site but ok at pool office etc. when it wasn't breezy we had a bit of sewer smell. ( we've experienced this many times in Mexico ) our site is just around the corner from the sewer facility. regardless the stay is going well and we'll probably stay again. ps. sunrise Beach walk with a coffee is great. there's good hiking/ biking trails above the highway.

Report Check-In

Stayed here for two night and wish we could have stayed longer! $18 USD per night in the tent camping area, but you get access to showers, WiFi, beach, and pool. Central location in town so everything is walkable. Good cell service on ATT. We did try to stay here last year, but it was fully booked. Worth calling to see if they take reservations if you will be in Los Barriles during the busy season.

Report Check-In

Clean bathrooms. 17USD Camping. No fire pits. Pool looks clean.

Report Check-In

Nice campground. January 2020- paid 500 pesos per night. Nice and clean. Sites not very large but I saw smaller sites in Florida.

Report Check-In

Planning to stay 2 nights but probable will stay longer. Very nice RV park, pool, beach, nice bathrooms, lots of snwbirds that are staying for many months, negative: too many
ATVs-500 pesos per night

Report Check-In

spent here 1 night for 500 MXC$, nice place, good shower and toilet

Report Check-In

good campground with clean restrooms and showers, washing machine. beach access and very central. office was closed when we arrived but someone came by later to collect the fee. stayed there on two different occasions and would come back anytime.

Report Check-In

The reviews are confusing for us so after staying here I want to clarify the two options. "Tent" sites are not dry. They have power outlets at every site. Water spigets may not be at every single tent site but there are plenty around. Some shade but mostly sun. It wasn't packed so I saw very little difference between the two other than way less tent sites than RV sites. They had no problem with us parking our 7m van there. WiFi worked well, beach front pool was great, and the sand was sparkly gold :)

Report Check-In

Clean with lots of showers, 1 washing machine and a pool in front of the ocean. rate now 320 MX$ without service.

Report Check-In

We loved this placed. It has a great community of snowbirds, easy beach access, a nice pool and decent bathrooms. You pay 320 pesos in the tent/van/pick-up area and 500 in the RV area. We had a great large spot under a tree! Most spots however are small, so be advised if you don't like that, you don't get too much privacy. Also you really don't want to be next to the sewer system due the smell. Besides that, the place is great - We stayed for 3 weeks and it was still hard to leave :) :) :)

Report Check-In

Very busy and compacted as they cram as many people in as possible. No privacy. Bathrooms are clean and there are washing machines but no dryers. Close walk to beach and town.

Report Check-In

Got the last spot for dry camping.
Wifi was very good and the walk to the beach was short.
Lots of others there and you are parked very close to the others... our unit provided shade for the people beside.
We did not use the laundry. Washrooms probably the cleanest we have seen. Showers were great!

Report Check-In

Great spot, we needed to recharge after beach camping and this is the place! We visited several parks and decided on this one. $15/300peso a night with power outlet, only in the non RV section. Owners are friendly, bathrooms are great. Worth the money :)

Report Check-In

Good spot, 17 bucks a night, right on the beach. Short stroll to town. What more can you ask for?

Report Check-In

Big RV Park with lots of permanent campers. Paid 300MXN for one night, showers and toilets very clean and good. Fast wifi. We found some shade under a big tree, but most of the place is in the sun. Beach is nearby.

Report Check-In

While this place is on the expensive side for Mexico, it was well worth it after a week of wild camping. Resort near the ocean, swimming pool on the beach and lots of amenities.

Report Check-In

This is a very comfortable clean campground with warm showers, pool and washing machine. A nice place to get cleaned up after much beach camping. Paid 300 pesos if you use water and electricity only.

Report Check-In

Nice place, walking distance to everything.

Report Check-In

super camping , douches chaudes , toilettes propres , piscine avec vu sur plage ,
very good place but 425 pesos per night

Report Check-In

Campground next to the beach. a lot of americans drinking at the bar and fishing. nice litte pool. wifi ok, two washers working, no working dryer but you can hang up your clothes. too pricy 23dollar per night with full hook up. bathrooms a little bit run down, for us not the best place. good pizzas in town!

Report Check-In

OK place to stay if you are wanting to see the town....expensive @ $17 USD for tenting compared to many other places we have visited so far.

Report Check-In

Very full and busy but a great location on the beach and in town. Swimming pool and beach bar. Hot showers, laundry, book exchange, Internet and full hookups for $23night

Report Check-In

big RV park. got hookups and Wi-Fi. we specifically asked to be where Wi-Fi would work and she said we could park near hotel. worked well. nice big beach and bar is in front of hotel right on the beach. great location near town. $16usd. and you can use the hotel pool. bar has good happy hour prices

Report Check-In

Nice big campground/hotel with pool, restaurant, bar, internet, hook-ups. Right in front of the beach. Right in town.

Report Check-In

It was an okay place. A big parking lot. Showers were good. Never got internet to work. Then we moved to playa Norte which is more expensive but much better. Spacious. Internet. Even better showers. Beachfront. A mile from town which is ok because the town is very American.

Report Check-In

RV park right in central Los Barriles. Walking distance to downtown and all the food, and great beach access. Options to dry camp or full hookups for RVs. ~USD $15.00
